La tecnologia que tiene el HMR es magnifica,no son contenedores de uso naval, existe un error de concepto en mucha gente que son contenedores ISO,no... son de diseño exclusivo para uso militar,son contenedores desplegables expandibles por secuencia,dos hombres arman cada habitaculo.
El HMR fue adquirido en 1981 por la FAA a la mejor empresa que fabricaba Hospitales Militares de Campaña,se habian probado en Vietnam.Tiene Usted que pensar que despues 36 años está considerado por la ONU por uno de sus mejores hospitales para desplegar en operaciones de paz.Su construccion es de dural aeronautico,con pliegues de paredes y movimientos de partes que lo hacen transportable en C-130,CH-47,camiones o buques, no solo es modular,sino su construccion es para desplegar en cualquier tipo de clima y terreno .
Un HMR como el que tiene la FAA con sus 36 años de despliegue cuesta muchos millones de dolares.Repararlo para dejarlo a nuevo solo cuesta el 8% de su valor.
Una cosa son los contenedores sanitarios y otros los contenedores logisticos,estos si son mucho mas baratos y de empleo corriente,lo mismo que los contenedores habitaciones,comedor,SUM,gimnasio,etc.
Biguá, la ONU se hace cargo de algún porcentaje del costo de la ICM o corre todo por nuestra cuenta? O fue amortizado a lo largo de la campñla?
