Todas las ofertas van a tener transferencia de tecnologías, algunas mas y otras menos pero todas algo incluye........... puntualmente la oferta del Super Hornet no se pero hay que tener en cuenta que el en Hornet le ofrecieron el montaje de la mayoría de los Hornet en Valmet

Tanto a Suiza como a Finlandia, los valores por los contratos del F-35 son menores al del SH.
Creo que Washington habla a través de sus autorizaciones de la DSCA.
Otra tema no menor es la interoperabilidad entre los socios OTAN y países vecinos y todos están comprando F-35, ya que el SH si bien es un producto de excelencia, es una tecnología anterior.
Por lo que creo que es solo cuestión de tiempo para que se anuncie al producto de Lockheed, como ganador...
