just a few moments the topic "Cutaway, Schematic Plane Cuts" has just exceeded 700,000 visits, 1 year and 11 months have passed since I opened the topic on April 13, 2011, for many forum friends there were not so many cutaways available, however the time and work of many artists whose works we have shared in this space proved otherwise, I thank so many websites, forums and blogs from all over the world that have been kind enough to upload material to the internet, I took the idea of the Autosport Forum. com in English and who have an excellent sample in their theme of "Cutaways" of cars and other motifs including airplanes from which this thread was nourished, also add their own scanned and shared material from many other websites and blogs from many countries, Italy stands out , Croatia, Serbia, Pakistan, India, Iran, France, Great Britain, USA, Russia, Ukraine and others that escape my memory at this time, including material from this very forum taken from other topics, posteri ormente and at the request of a forista friend make the first modification of a cutaway, in this case modify a MiG-19 to recreate the PD version of it, just a touch up to its nose to incorporate its radar with two antennas separated, having one emission in the upper lip and another receiver in the small receptor cone, from then on creativity started inside me and little by little I learned to use the modest "Paint" to carry out daily painting works. most successful modification, some have been re-posted in other forums and have sent compliments that I have received with pleasure and modesty, I hope in the immediate future to continue sharing more and more schematic cuts, contributing new modifications, tweaks and original works to recreate those planes that lack a cutaway even with some speculation (in the absence of the necessary data) just to give us an idea of its interior layout and provide a smile of satisfaction from lovers of the subject, this work has also inspired the birth of new blogs who touch the subject, welcome to the fantastic world of the Cutaway, a very particular case that deserves mention is the "Charlyecho.com" Blog (now defunct) whose dedication and Exigency allows us to appreciate high quality cuts, I read with surprise that its author is a follower of this theme. It only remains to thank all the friends of the forum and all those who visit us, I have a very important flaw is the lack of a good index that facilitates searches for a particular drawing, only the rapid growth and partly my dedication to recreating models non-existent have kept me from making the much-needed index, I promise to do it shortly.
It only remains once again to thank everyone, without exception, to all those who have made it habitual to visit the topic, leave their contributions, comments and criticisms (very necessary to provide feedback and improve the thread), without them and their encouragement we would not have been able to achieve today. the 700,002 visits.... (Which today far exceeds 4 million visits, imprecise data)
Thanks Motocar
