Out in the cold

MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. (AFPN) -- Airmen from the 5th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron conduct a fuel enrichment valve test on a B-52H Stratofortress here Jan. 15 while the temperature sits at 6 below zero. Growing mission

ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam (AFPN) -- A B-52 Stratofortress from Barksdale Air Force Base, La., sits in Hangar 1 during phase maintenance. The B-52s come here from a forward-deployed location and go into phase maintenance after 300 flying hours.
