Esta foto, procedente de las publicaciones de la época hmso, había sido titulado " spitfires puede tomar. Acribillado fighter hace aterrizaje seguro en italia ". Se cree que ser tomadas en 1944 y el avión es un spitfire mk. V, pero lamentablemente el nombre de el piloto no había sido grabada. Detalles del evento real también son desconocidos.

Two of twelve U.S. A-20 Havoc light bombers on a mission against Kokas, Indonesia in July of 1943. The lower bomber was hit by anti-aircraft fire after dropping its bombs, and plunged into the sea, killing both crew members.
