All technical data previously developed by Agusta S.p A. in support of this model and approved by ENAC, and further approved by the FAA under the requirements of FAR 21.29 and the BASA between the US and Italy, are still in effect and any revisions to that data will still need to be FAA approved as previously agreed upon prior to the issuance of this PC.
