As part of the activities planned for the celebration of the Semana de Mayo and the 214th anniversary of its creation, the Argentine Army presented Expo Ejército 2024, a static exhibition of military equipment that began on Friday, May 24th, and will be open until June 2nd from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

During its first day, a team from Zona Militar toured the exhibition, which takes place in the Plaza de Armas of the Argentine Army, located in front of the Libertador Building, headquarters of the General Staff of the Army, the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the Armed Forces, and the Ministry of Defense. Despite the cold weather on the eve of our national holiday, from the early hours of the morning, the public began to approach the exhibition, deployed in an unusual location in the heart of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.

One of the main attractions was the VC TAM 2C-A2, with its new brown tones scheme capturing the attention of visitors. The Communications Branch, present at Expo Ejército 2024, deployed its Ford F-350 Super Duty Super Cab vehicles, HMMWV, and Unimog U2150L, equipped with antennas and communication systems located inside a shelter module.

Units of reconnaissance Humvees and light utility vehicles Agrale Marruá AM20CR were also exhibited. In particular, the presented Humvee was equipped with a BMG-71E-4B TOW 2 launcher.

Additionally, the exhibition featured tactical troop transport units Oshkosh M1083 A1P2, Personnel Transport Combat Vehicle (TAM VCTP), Self-Propelled Combat Vehicle (VCA Palmaria), an L33 Citer II Field Artillery Cannon, and a CP-30 multiple launcher on an Iveco Trakker 420 truck.
