Two of Brazil’s indigenously produced Embraer KC-390 Millennium transports are also en-route, along with two Embraer 190 (VC-2) passenger jets. All six aircraft will be staged in Rome while Brasilia coordinates its evacuation operation.
The FAB shared video of the first A330 launching from the city of Natal just before midnight GMT on 8 October.
The deployments were prompted by significant disruptions to civilian air service in and out of Israel. Video has emerged of disembarking passengers at Ben Gurion taking cover on the tarmac as air raid sirens blare.
While the Israel Airports Authority says both Ben Gurion and Ramon airport in Eilat remain open, numerous foreign carriers have been cancelling flights, including Lufthansa, Air France and Wizz Air.
Swiss International Air Lines on 9 October said it will operate a special round-trip flight from Zurich to Tel Aviv on 10 October, in cooperation with the Swiss department of foreign affairs, using a 219-seat Airbus A321. The flight is only bookable via a special phone hotline whose details have been communicated to Swiss nationals or residents currently in Israel.
The airline says it has cancelled all other scheduled service to Tel Aviv through 14 October.
Major US carriers including United Airlines and American Airlines have also suspended service to and from Tel Aviv. The BBC reports Delta Air Lines has enacted similar measures.
The USA has also deployed substantial military aviation assets to the region since war broke out, with the goal of limiting further escalation.
The Pentagon on 8 October announced the deployment of the aircraft carrier USS Gerald R Ford to the Easter Mediterranean, which includes a carrier air wing of four fighter squadrons.
An unspecified number of ground-based US Air Force fighters are also flowing into the region, including Lockheed F-35 stealth fighters, Boeing F-15 air-dominance jets, Lockheed F-16 multi-role fighters and Fairchild Republic A-10 ground-attack jets.
Citizens of numerous countries are beleived to have been killed in the ongoing war, including nine confirmed Americans and at least one German, along with hundreds of both Israelis and Palestinians.

Ese es el plan de la FAB,cubrir con todas las capacidades de sus aviones la flexibilidad de la operacion donde se autorice.

Que pasaría si un día cuando se le ordena una misión así se le respondiera al poder político que no pueden cumplirla por falta de medios y se les explica que es precisamente por culpa del poder político.

Si Usted se fija cuando comenzó todo este tema,Yo expliqué que el C-130H era el mejor sistema de armas para el puente aereo,se confirma que será el TC-70 el que operará primero y si hay necesidad se enviará al T-99.Primó la experiencia de la FAA en estas operaciones,por su versatilidad y flexibilidad tactica si hay cambio de lugar de entrega de pasajeros.
El puente aereo comenzaría el jueves 12 con 210 pasajeros en tres empleos.
Asi es como se hacen estas cosas.
Se prevee que el domingo finalice la Operacion Regreso Seguro con el puente aereo finalizado.
Para aquellos foristas que escribieron sus ideas.
1.El C-130H es el mejor avion para entrar a una zona de guerra,y por su flexibilidad tactica puede operar en alguna pista que otro avion no lo puede hacer.
2.No le pidan confort,como por ahi alguno escribió,si tiene asientos,pero para la guerra,para los paracaidistas,y si el GT1 tuvo tiempo pueda que le instale un baño quimico,con compartimento cerrado,si no cuenta con estas facilidades,es un avion para la guerra.
3.Pueden ir sentados en los asientos de paracaidistas hasta 92 personas,"codo a codo",mas libre 64 personas,y puede transportar la carga (valijas,bolsos) que se requiera,no abrá limitaciones de peso si de volumen,puede despegar con 20 Tn de carga.
5.La presencia de un C-130 en ayuda humanitaria es muy fuerte,y conocida en todo el mundo y seguro EUROCONTROL tendrá priorizados a estos aviones hasta Roma,en la asignacion de FL y acortar las rutas volando directo.
El TC-69 realizó esta operacion similar en Tormenta del Desierto,ahora le toca al TC-70.
PD: hay que salvar al TC-69 y TC-100 !!!

Mientras el TC-70 estaba en plataforma comentaba acerca del TC-68 y su historia, la actuación de los Hércules en la batalla por nuestras islas Malvinas y destacaba la profesionalidad de las tripulaciones . Pequeños gestos que hacen mucho de un señor periodista.

Técnicamente el C130 va a la guerra, entra en combate para evuacuar a la gente, con todo el riesgo que eso conlleva, dios quiera que todo salga muy bien en la zona de combate.
Intuyo que el C130 operará desde Chipre a Tel Aviv para traer devuelta a la gente a Chipre y desde ahí en el T99 a Roma?, o directamente a Roma?.

Reitero, para los políticos que hemos sabido votar. Si se tiene un avión militar, se lo debe tener con todas las de la ley. Ningún país serio tiene aviones militares, sin contramedidas. Por más que el barrio sea amor y paz. Y la defensa no es un gasto es una inversión. Como el seguro en un auto.
