The United Aircraft Corporation (UAC), part of the state-owned Rostec conglomerate, has delivered a new batch of Su-35S multirole fighters to the Russian Ministry of Defense to equip the Aerospace Forces, according to a press release issued by the company this Sunday.

The combat aircraft, classified as generation 4++, successfully completed all manufacturer tests, were evaluated in various operational modes, and carried out transfer flights to their home airfield.

“UAC has delivered another batch of new Su-35S multirole fighters to the Russian Ministry of Defense. These generation 4++ aircraft have passed a wide range of manufacturer tests, demonstrating their operability under different flight conditions,” the official statement reads.

UAC Director General Vadim Badekha emphasized that the delivery was carried out according to schedule, meeting production targets. “We are aware of the importance of fully and timely fulfilling the state defense order,” he stated.

Badekha also added that the corporation continues to strengthen its production capacity through the incorporation of new industrial infrastructure, with the aim of supporting future plans related to national defense. Within this framework, new batches of Su-34 and Su-57 fighters are also being manufactured, along with the Su-35S.

The delivery is part of the Russian government’s sustained effort to modernize its air forces and maintain technological operability in the context of the current international scenario.
